Introducing ‘CALM’ aromatherapy blend
A gently soothing and calming blend to help calm children, teenagers and adults. It’s been used by my clients and my own family over the years – to help calm children down at bedtime and support anxious teenagers and adults too.
It has these beautiful essential oils :
Mandarin: a gentle happy and soothing oil
Roman Chamomile: a soothing oil that can help with restlessness and sleep issues
Lavender: a balancing oil that can help with anger, compulsions, overthinking and sleep issues.
It can be used in your diffuser – 6-12 drops for adults, 2 drops for children (unless any medical issues then I can advise). Diffuse for 30 -60 mins.
