Mon - Fri: 10.00AM - 3.00PM, Evening appointments available Mondays and Thursdays

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item(s) or your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, please get in touch as soon as you receive them, with a photo, and either a refund will be issued or a replacement item(s) will be sent out to you. 

If you have not received your item within 7 days of ordering, or if you have ordered a bespoke product 7 days after filling in the online consultation form, please get in touch.

Please note that I am unable to accept the return of items unless they are returned unopened (i.e. no broken seals) and/or in the original condition at point of receipt or faulty.
