Had my first visit with Claire this week. It was a relaxing experience which involved creating my own scented oil for the massage. The massage itself was the perfect relaxation and Clair was very open about tailoring future visits to how I wanted. This flexibility is great to focus on key areas.

Claire also gave a number of recommendations on how I can help specific issues I am having to take away with me.

The Secret Space is one of my favourite places for wellbeing and relaxation.

I was welcomed by Claire who immediately made me feel at ease. The treatment room is light, spacious and comfortable. Claire is clearly very knowledgeable, and takes an holistic approach to her treatment by considering your personal situation. She then helps you select a custom blend of essential oils which are then used during your aromatherapy massage.

The essential oils have an incredibly relaxing effect and Claire’s massage was sublime, focusing on areas of tension held in your body which definitely helped me to unwind.

After the treatment I felt very relaxed yet energised, and my skin was almost glowing for a day or two after, nourished by those lovely oils! I would highly recommend Claire to anyone looking to have a bit of me time, wellbeing and relaxation.

I had a deep tissue facial lift with beautiful oils to massage. The pressing alongside my brows and working towards my temples felt so smoothing not only upon my face but also my mood. As my cheekbones were massaged and the deeper tissue worked it helped my face feel toned and lifted. Just the right amount of pressure was applied to feel the benefits of this muscle stimulating treatment. The end result was that my whole face felt rejuvenated and younger.

I finally had my first massage with Claire she did a consultation about my health status and what I wanted from the experience. At the time I had pulled a muscle in my neck, upper back from sleeping upright in bed with my 12 week old baby. She then did a 1 hour massage with muscle relaxing Neals Yard oils suitable for a breast feeding mum. It was a fabulous experience, so relaxing and she did wonders for my neck and back. It was also lovely to be able to jump straight into bed after my massage and get some good sleep (before the little one woke for her night feed!) I will definitely be booking again and thoroughly recommend!

I went to one of Claire’s aromatherapy workshops. Claire was great, very knowledgeable about the oils and when to and not to use them.
We did a smell test and the whole afternoon was very relaxing and enjoyable, I didn’t realise how relaxing I would find aromatherapy! We were able to make a roller ball to take home and I ordered the orange flower facial oil which has been great for my dry skin.
I would highly recommend a workshop with Claire! She’s fab!

Claire came to our house on a Tuesday evening at a time that suited me, once the children were settled in bed.

I had a wonderful full body massage which was an hour long but felt much longer! I could fully relax as I was at home and knew if my young family needed me I was there (I am breastfeeding my 2 month old), luckily they didn’t!

The massage and oils were tailored to my needs and we discussed my lifestyle and areas of concern. Claire later made up 3 aromatherapy roller sticks for my family and I to promote relaxation, calm, happiness and energy.

Claire came back the following week to treat my husband and we’ll be signing up for more soon.

I enjoyed a course of six, monthly massages by Claire and it was fantastic. Claire spent time in our first session finding out about my general health and what I hoped the aromatherapy massage might achieve physically and emotionally. Each month Claire would update this according to my needs at the time (for example, in my first massage we worked on stress and neck pain). At each session Claire would choose suitable oils, ensure I liked the combination and I would then relax into a deep state of calm throughout the massage – it was bliss every time. Afterwards, Claire would provide a bottle of oil-infused bath soak and advice about how I might feel over the next 24 hours. She was always spot on! That’s why I love aromatherapy, each oil and combination of oils can help to alleviate all manner of problems and, coupled with Claire’s healing hands, I have found the whole journey so beneficial. Thank you Claire!
