My Diffusion Top Tips
Diffusion is a wonderful way to help with emotional and psychological issues (anxiety & depression), respiratory issues (coughs & colds) and problems with memory (focus & concentration).
You should always use your common sense, such as, if you have a very small room you won’t need many drops. Start with a low number of drops and gradually increase if needed. Allow pets to leave the room if they want to.
Intermittent diffusion is safer than continuous diffusion because our body habituates after this length of time. With continuous diffusion, while benefits do not increase, there is evidence the body becomes stressed in various ways
